David attributes his love of entrepreneurship and sense of community to being born to immigrant parents where education, pride in ownership, and asset-based wealth were instilled as the pinnacles of the American Dream. Throughout his real estate career, David has had a keen focus on systemization of real estate transaction process management to save time for both B2C clients looking for a home or an investment property and B2B clients like Fannie Mae and large mortgage-servicing and REO companies. The process he created helped his small team of 7 manage hundreds of properties at any given time. Following the success of his REO servicing company, David founded Society Real Estate, a retail brokerage, to bring value to homeowners and real estate investors and Society Capital, a real estate investment portfolio company. To date, him and his team helped transact 1000+ doors and $100,000,000+ worth of real estate. Most importantly, David has helped spark successful careers for past and current team members and 3rd party vendors. 

David has found home in real estate industry, in which he continues to serve his team, clients, and investors with the basic principles of creating an environment of safety, security, and love through service and assets backed by real estate. David lives in Haddonfield, NJ with his wife, 3 daughters, 2 cats and 2 dogs.
