First floor southside entrance opens to the kitchen where there is a door to the basement staircase and a spacious half bath (toilet and wash basin). The kitchen is open with a large dining area and bar counter on an island with the sink and dishwasher. Tall cabinets surround the back part of the kitchen with a large shelved pantry big enough to hold an additional chest freezer. The second floor is a bathroom, laundry room with wash basin, and the main suite with its own bathroom. A large walk-in closet is in the main suite.
