Stephanie Schwab

Stephanie has a heart of gold and unbridled enthusiasm. She is a lifelong resident of New Jersey. Starting in her early teen years, she always had a burning passion for business. While in high school, She was devoted to the “Future Business Leaders of America” program, where she graciously held an officer position every year, eventually earning her the title of President. She was presented numerous awards and even a college scholarship for her commitment to the program - Once even placing 5th in the state for the “Miss FBLA” and moving on to regional competitions. 

Today she is a Director of Brokerage Operations, holding an NJ Broker-Salesperson License with a rapidly expanding company. Stephanie brings ten years of experience working in the real estate industry, with over 600 transactions closed.  Couple that with her excellent customer service skills, and a strong passion for organization, and you can clearly see how she strives to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. She prides herself on providing quality service to build relationships with clients and, more importantly to maintain those relationships with clear communication and transparency.

A proud mom of three, when she isn’t working- Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling or checking out the local dog park with her two playful pups.
